If you are thinking about buying insurance with this company, don't. Just. Don't.

Whatever money you think you will save will be far outweighed but the substandard coverage and non-existent customer support. Yes, I know their website is slick, and they make the buying part super easy. But trust me when I tell you that dealing with this company is a nightmare. They simply do not reply to phone calls or emails.

Try calling them right now. No human will answer. Instead, they will tell you to email them. But when you email them, no one replies. So what would happen if you actually had to file a claim? If they won't respond to basic emails and phone calls, how do you actually use them when you need them?

You can get much better coverage and MUCH better customer service from other companies. Avoid this one like the plague.
