I'm really grateful, I decided not to use them. I had a lady come to my home and explain their service to me. But I noticed that the few things i requested and she promised to find out for me. I never heard back. They kept calling me trying to get my father in law to be a hospice patient, but the problem is he is no where near that advanced for now. I tried telling them, but they kept calling me. I got the feeling its about getting his insurance and giving as little service as possible in return, for as long as possible the longer he lives and I take care of him. The more money they make. If they are so lousy at customer service before he is a patient imagine once he is a patient. I would not recommend them you will not get the help and support you need.

They are for profit and the EOB’s I got from Medicare for Intake and first nurse visit were paid in full. Intake: $5,000.00 PIF. Nurse visit: charged about the same and PIF. All eobs I received were the same. A Dr doesn’t get anywhere near that. And same with my husband. He is not near death but diagnoses is dementia/Parkinson’s and considered end of life condition. They would not give him his renal meds only Carbidopa and memantine then prescribed large doses of Alprazolam when I left him with them for Respite they kept begging me to take. He was totally unresponsive after the second respite I needed for a funeral and was hospitalized for 3 days. I fired them at that point. Very very bad experience. I could’ve taken them to court. I would never recommend them except for final days of cancer.
