A1 to the Rescue!
My wife and I were preparing for our annual Allen USA Party / Open House on Saturday when we noticed the house getting warm at about 10:30. I went to the unit outside and the condenser fan wasn t turning and it was only hours before 20 plus guests were supposed to be showing up. I called A1 and told the dispatcher my situation. She was more than understanding and assured me that she would do what ever she could to get someone out there.
Milton arrived at my house by 12:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, my getting a condenser fan replacement for my Train unit is difficult. Like the dispatcher, he was determined to get me back up and running in time. He got on the phone and reached out for help. He was able to arrange to have someone from Train to open the warehouse for (given my desperate situation) a very reasonable fee. He had to run to Carlton from Allen to get the part but was able to get back quickly and fix the unit. We ware back up and running at 4:00 with guests scheduled to arrive at 4:30.
I have been an A1 customer for some time due to the good service that I have received from them. They have earned a customer for life with their actions this time. Oh and fun was had by all.
