Worst restaurant in all of Murphy. Some of the staff is friendly and the rest are completely ignorant and awful. If you want to wait for over an hour for breakfast lunch or dinner then this is your type of place. Or if you want to support a business that doesn't pay their staff overtime, punishes them by taking them off the schedule if they request a day off no matter how long the notice given, works them to death and let's their kids treat all the hardworking employees like dirt (and steals money from the staff!) then be my guest and go have a drink and some over priced food that u will be waiting all day for. So much potential but it's run by spoiled brats and people who can't keep anyone good on staff because they run them off. Please do yourself a favor and literally go ANYWHERE BUT here. And if you do want to go to chevelles make the drive to Hayesville and go to the Chevelles 69, it at least has a better staff and a quarter of the wait time for food, basically all around chevelles 66=doesn't care at all. Chevelles 69=tries as best they can and are better because the owners and their kids are hardly there to screw EVERYTHING up, from employees, to quality. Such a shame because I know they have been in town for a very long time- but they must have made a deal with the devil when they opened because I think the only reason the doors are still open is because no one else has a regular bar in Murphy to SHUT THEM DOWN! Please do not support this business. PLEASE!
