We, M/s Ashutosh Rubber Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot has supplied EPDM rubber rings certified under IS 5382 to Rashmi Metaliks Ltd. on 20.02.2015 vide our bill no. 1318/14-15 of Rs. 450037/- and on 17.08.2015 vide our bill no. 821/15-16 of Rs. 172770/-

They have accepted these goods, not complained about product supplied to them and also sent us C Forms for the same.

After considerable time, we have started strong follow-up for our payment for this supply. But This Company has not paid our outstanding dues since long. So, we have filed a petition against them under MSMED Act, our Case No. is GJ/20/S/00149.

We are also in process to file an application in the NCLT for insolvency of this company. This company has huge debt and they are not taking care for small MSME units for payment. Their superiors are not interested even to hear our matter. They have stopped taking our phone calls too. When we went personally at the given address, we were always informed that the responsible person is not there and he is on their other unit.

Any supplier who is dealing with this company please take note of our experience and beware doing business with them.
