I went to Dr Orlando for 2 years after I tore my pec. He did such a good job getting my chest tear back to where it was before. I figured why not tell him about my bad back and knee pain that I had for years. He ended up taking care of those problems also not just by doing therapy but by also teaching me strengthening exercises and what was causing me to have those issues. Now knock on wood I ve been pain free for two years.
