We're new homeowners, so I've bought a couple of large & medium appliances in the past month along with a few items from their website. -Porch seating, towels, etc. For the stove, the delivery was great and the people were amazingly friendly. For the garage door opener, the guy who came out was fabulous. No complaints. Even the in-store help went above and beyond to be helpful. I think they've heard the feedback, because I've had nothing but amazing experiences in my recent transactions.
