Super lousy customer service. Ordered an oven rac...

Super lousy customer service. Ordered an oven rack via email in Aug 2030 & they completely forgot about it. Send them repeated reminders but no replies. Finally informed that the stock is ready a few days ago. When I feedbacked to them, the customer service merely paid lip service. This is the second unpleasant encounter with Panasonic. Don't ever buy Panasonic products unless you can tolerate bad after sales service.
