I was greeted promptly and directed where to go to sign in. The Service Advisor Harry Fernandez was very helpful, extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. The work was performed quickly and my car arrived for pickup all clean and shiny. I would highly recommend Sterling McCall Cadillac Service Dept. to anyone needing service on their Cadillac.
