Sherpa is a wonderful organization to work with! The people are kind, professional, great listeners, and extremely thorough. Although there are many great staff members, Carney Papo's customer service really stands out. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that we don't have issues with our timesheets, charge codes, benefits and more. Whenever there has been an issue, she immediately takes ownership of finding out how to fix it. Overall, Sherpa has been great to and for me!
