I have visited Kew on a number of occasions but this last visit was the first time I have been able to go into the Temperate House which has been shut for a 5 year refurbishment.

This will be even better in a few years as the plants establish themselves but for now you get a great view of the renovation works which are very impressive.

The gardens themselves seem to be having a lot of money put into them with both the Pagoda and Pavilion restaurant undergoing refurbishment.

I always find this a very pleasant place to visit.
