The Experience I had with Doctor Coats was Ok. But his medical team was awful. I had my 1st EGD April 30th, they told us that some one would call me back in 4 days if not to call the 5th day. No one ever called so I called on the 6th day. No one call back in 2 day, So I left 3 more messages that 1st week Still no Return calls . 2nd week I started leaving messages at the other extensions for doctor Coats. Nobody at any of the extensions returned my calls I must have left at least 12 messages the next week and half. May 16, 18 days later after my 1st procedure the schedule called me to make an appointment with Doctor Coats. She said she had not received any of my messages. She said that the Bravo scheduler should have called me already And will call me soon so she set up an appointment for my 2nd EGD with Bravo. At this point I ask the schedule why I needed the 2nd an EGD appointment again and what was wrong with me. She explained a little and Said that she will have the nurse Call me. Along with telling me that a papers should arrive in the mail explaining My 1st procedure. So she made my appointment for Over a month later June 26. The nurse call 2 days later. After I had received the papers. I had a question about Something that I could not understand on the papers they sent me, she could not explain it either, so she said she'd find out and call me back, Which she never did. The EGD/Bravo scheduler then Called about June 20th which was 2 months after my procedure to schedule appointment for the 3rd of July for my next EGD with Bravo. So She had to cancel my 1st appointment with Doctor Coats From June 26 to July 26.
