I spoke with a salesman on Saturday ... very nice, but didn't want to show cars or let me drive cars as he thought that it was too close to closing time (20 minutes). We came back today and had him paged. He never showed up. We waited about 15 minutes and had him paged again ... we waited another 8 or 9 minutes but he never showed. The lady at the desk said that he was there. Meanwhile, 6 or 7 other salespeople walked past us numerous times doing NOTHING. They looked at us and walked away. When we walked out, no one bothered ask if THEY could help.

If I owned that dealership, I would be extremely upset that my employees were so nonchalant about losing a potential $48K sale. Maybe their commission needs to be lowered a bit so that these salespeople are a little bit hungrier.
