My wife is from Mexico and one of the traditional Christmas Eve dishes is romeritos con mole. I couldn t find it anywhere near where we live so I drove up to Boulder (over an hour away). Centro usually only makes it at night but when i told them my story they made us a special order Even though it was only noon. It was awesome and it helped make Christmas Eve very special for my wife. These guys are awesome!
