Very disappointing. My wife and I were in discussions with the spa staff over email and had asked about availability on our anniversary. The woman we were dealing with - Kathleen - said she had space for both our treatments on said date. We wrote her back within 5 minutes and she never got back to us. We emailed her again the next day. She finally returned our email stating she had just booked those spaces. She had zero regard for our earlier conversations and blamed it on us for not providing a credit card number to hold the space (we were never asked). It was clearly the front desk mistake and they took zero accountability for it. Sadly, after years of coming to this location for our anniversary, we are in search of a better resort with proper customer service. Very sad. Upwards on onwards!
