Called them about a vehicle and asked to come in for an appointment and test drive a car I asked about. I told them I have to bus an hour to get there; when I got there, the sales rep Danny instantly told me I can't test drive the car and that they can't do anything today. I was surprised because I asked them before hand about coming in to test it out, I really felt like this sales rep (Danny) really wasted my time. It's not easy for me to take time out of my work day to come check out a car and I was disappointed to say the least. His response was very nonchalant when I told him I took an hour to get here and an hour to get back home. It took maybe 2 minutes of coming into the dealership before my appointment was basically cancelled and I was told differently than what we discussed on the phone beforehand.
