Pretty poor communication from this company and our first order of 8 milled parts, which totaled over $3000, were milled from a different material than what was on the quote. They refused to give a refund. So we submitted a credit card authorization form per their instructions. 3 months later we ordered 2 additional parts and didn't receive an invoice. They then would not ship the parts saying that we had 10 outstanding invoices. They need to get their systems figured out and communication within the company and with customers is obviously defunct. I would not recommend this company for milling, 3d printing, or plastic injection needs.
