My experience was so, so my kids had a good time that's most important, but as far as the restaurants I sensed a little prejudice going on. I'm not sure if they want you to dress like you going to a concert or what, but never judge a book by its cover. I had two rooms at the resort and one room did not have a security latch on it, it was broken. The elevator service was horrible, you had to wait over 30 minutes just to get back down to the lobby floor. What if there is an emergency??? We had to take the stairs just to go eat breakfast. Something needs to be done about that.
