I had the good fortune in dealing with Browns Bridge Boat Dock Co. recently in securing a used dock for my lake lot. Ryan Chunta could not have been more helpful in locating a dock for me and making repairs to it in a timely and professional manner. I had a tight deadline to work under and Ryan was accessible at all times to answer my questions and manage dock repairs as required. It is indeed a rare occasion to find customer service operate at that high of level, that whatever Ryan said I had complete confidence in it. Whatever he promised, he did. Ryan exceeded my expectations through the entire process and even followed up to make sure we got the dock in place after repairs were made. Ryan stepped in and saved the day for me due to my delay in not having a dock sooner as per Corps requirements. Excellent customer service is refreshing to encounter these days. So, any other dock related needs I have in future, Ryan Chunta with Browns Bridge Dock gets the call. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dock related services.
