The hotel is very large and therefore everything remains anonymous. If this does not bother you, you are well accommodated.
The reception at the reception was friendly and competent. The room was very good, although we had a room on the 8th floor with a terrace. Although our room faced the street, Calle O'Donell, it was quiet with the windows closed. The rooms were cleaned properly every day, fresh towels were of course, as well as refilling with water, coffee and tea.
It is a 5-minute walk to the next Retiropark entrance and a 20-25 minute walk to the city center. Bus stops are almost on the doorstep, but we didn't use them. Sometimes a taxi was nice.
The airport bus is a very good choice to and from the airport, the stops are max. 300 m away.
