Absolutely terrible service. I needed my oil change I called Meineke and EJ told me to come right over and that they would get it done. When I got there he told me I needed to leave the car all day, so I took the shuttle service home. I was promised that the car would be done by 5 and that the shuttle service would pick me up by the time it ended at 4:30p.m. 4:30 rolled around and I hadn't heard anything. When I called, EJ said that the car should be done by 6:00p.m. After hearing this, I had a friend drive me there and pull my car out of there.
