I would like to start with home away from home to share my experience in the hotel, for travelers we always not only look for comfort place to stay but also the interaction with the people that will gain warm hearted feelings that makes the journey different. Not to mention the facilities are new, the food are great, the gym and swimming pool are excellent. There are lots good, happy and warm stories happened in the hotel that just become a part of my memories along the trip, for example the mid autumn celebration not only surprised me but also release my feeling from missing the reunion with my family as I found my new family here and had my small yet meaningful celebration as well. Not forget to mention the smile and greeting from staffs every time I saw them no matter morning or night are certainly recharge and bring some strength and energy for me to start /end my day, and because of that, I am always look forward to stay in the hotel when I travel away from home. Along with the stay I have lots of people to thanks, all breakfast crews at lobby, 17th floor room cleaner Wu Ciu Min, all crews at horizon club which special thanks to Coco Cherry and as they are very kind and helpful, especially Coco who has provide me a very excellent, professional and outstanding work from daily operations knowledge to customer service, she was able to take care and reduce my worries about extending the stay, some travel questions and good service when I was relax or having meal at horizon club. Last but not least, to bring back what I mentioned at the beginning, I believe that to make home away from home always start with warm people interaction, I am glad that Shangri-La not only very comfort and clean in room, good in food and great in facilities, it also bring warm heart home feeling for me to feel safe and comfortable along the stay, will look forward to stay again no matter at same or different place of Shangri-La hotel.
