First aid: bad experience just two days ago.
My mum came screaming with pain; impatient and listless nurses, a nurse also asked her "are you kidding?".
Another doctor passing by asked her irritably / annoyed "what is it ???" as if to say "but is that the case?".
We are in an emergency room, I don't think we need to be surprised by possible screams of pain. Apart from that, I personally have fooled a series of lies to not keep it there (one that screams annoys them); they told me that it had downloaded well and several times: it was not true, only once and a little. They told me that the blood tests were perfect: it wasn't true, the white blood cells were high, so much so that in the end they gave her antibiotics on purpose.
My mom asked for a catheter while she was there, she said it was important. The infirmaries said that was not the case. After hours and hours of waiting (10 and a half to be exact) they called the surgeon (because he was actually sick!) Who, as he saw her, said he needed a catheter immediately.
All lies because they didn't want to hospitalize her and keep her there all night.
Guys, are we really in the hands of these people?
