It's a shame, because some of your beer is really well made. However, your service has gone downhill. Are you paying your management a fixed salary? If so, you should consider making it a profit-share contract instead. Your management doesn't appear to care if the food is up to quality standards. Also, getting served in a timely manner seems to happen according to the whims of your staff.

Some days we get served quickly, others we wait for over 10 minutes before someone comes to take our first beer order (and this is on days where there are few customers -- no excuse.) Second beer order also can take a good 10-15 minutes of us sitting over empty glasses.
