No help at all. I have a case open because last year I could afford it. This year my income has gone down and I asked for help and they said since my case is open, they can't help. In the voice message they say that if there is a trial coming or case information, to bring it but when you get there, they tell you they can't help. Very disppointing for single moms struggling.
