Moir the greeter/porter is without question in need of TRAINING. No manners or grace about him. He yelled at 3 woman in their 70s and made them feel very unwelcome. In one case a fellow employee told him to stop this behaviour on the 2nd floor - as it was making others feel uneven. When asked about it he just yelled they were liars at the top of his voice in the lobby. One expects more at the Princeton Club.
