My first experience with Majoris. I email the rep introducing myself, who referred me, claim info, and the nature of the referral. About a hour later the rep replies with a list of 39 in network providers and instructed me to select one. It took about 4 hours, but I did select one. One key factor was close to home because for new medical reasons I can't drive. 30 minutes later I recieved a reply from Majoris that the one selected does not treat my condition. Now I am given a list of 4 to choose from. Of those, only 1 is in the same half of Portland (East side) I live in. So out of the original choices Majoris gave me, 10% were actually real possibilities. Finally only 2.5% of the original list were practical. Had the rep chosen to start off with "these are the 4 that treat your condition" the first impression would have come much closer to the Majoris marketing materials. Technically my positive opinion of Majoris is 2.5 (out of 100). Factor in time lost & personal sentiments, that 2.5 becomes a high standard for them to strive for.
