This was the second time I came to Seattle BMW for an oil change for my RAM truck. I originally had a lifetime oil change with Lithia Dodge of Renton. However, when Lithia Dodge became Car Pros of Renton, my lifetime oil change was changed to BMW. The customer service I received was excellent. As I stated earlier, this was my second time there. What was impressive to me is my oil change took way less time then what I was told and had anticipated. This made me fell like more than just another customer. So If I m ever in the market for a BMW, this will be one of the first places I come to and that I would highly recommended.
