On the last holiday of 12/12/2015 I traveled with my husband to Calafate, we were very well taken care of in the hotel that we hired, but I cannot say the same thing about the ANDEAN AVENTURA company where they showed me lack of hospitality and bad education. on the same two excursions, to the Chalten and the cave caves, which had to be done on 10/11/15 and 10/12/15 respectively returning to BS. ACE. on the 12th and I couldn't do it because on 11/10 in the morning I started with acute lumbociatalgia, so at 7 am my husband went down to tell the guide the situation, then they demanded a certificate from a local doctor , I called the doctor, with pain I had to approach the premises of this company and the employee who attended me received me saying why I had not notified before, to which I answer, do they have a guard in the early morning to communicate? They did not recognize my husband's absence for accompanying me and today they charge us for the payment of an excursion that we never did, we do not consume their lunch or their fuel, It is a real shame how to treat the tourism of which they live, who has to pay what I did not do for a reason of health. ANDEAN ADVENTURE, lousy concept, I do not recommend it, they fear to melt for 2,000 pesos. This is the Argentine solidarity
