This place is not worth the hassle for oil changes...

This place is not worth the hassle for oil changes. The wait is horrendous, the texts, emails & calls about your appointment is ridiculous. Those who answer the phone when you call the main line, always seem clueless at how to transfer to departments or who works at the dealership. From my limited experience, you may or may not get a loose leaking filter or an oil change sticker.

Be careful if you have service done, just ask your friends with Chryslers where they go.

Edit: I did try to reach out but it rang with no answer & was auto transferred to a wireless number without a mailbox. I made 4 calls & sent a text to the dealership in a 30min window on Saturday trying to connect with an update to a 4hr oil change, I m not doing this phone thing again on a Monday.
