I hate giving an online store a bad score but wish this review could turn out to be constructive.

Internal communication is really bad. I had to write 4 times to get an update on my order (whether it had been sent or not).

If you order online and live in North America, their website does not have the country of Canada on the proposed list! ??!
Unbelievable ! (And before placing the order, I inquired via Facebook to know if the store was delivering to Canada in addition)
I was told yes!

Given the problem, a customer service person decided to cancel my order without consulting me, instead of trying to find an alternative to remedy the problem with the website (you have to believe that it is difficult to make a invoice in hand) !! ???

For the refund on my credit card, I was told that it would take 72 hours (business day). The deadline has passed and I am still waiting!

The default minimum score is 1 star ... if I could have chosen it would have been minus 5 stars :(

This store just lost me forever as a customer ....
