I tried to make a pick up order, and was told I had to come into the restaurant before they would start the order. Isn't a to go order intended to be convenient? Isn't the purpose of it to not sit there while your food is cooked? I asked why this was the case. I was told, "people make fake orders, and don't show up... Plus if we have to fry the food we can't reuse the product." Can't really tell you about the food, but I know they don't care much about their customers.
