0 sense of urgency at the ER. I understand that emergencies have different levels, and that you cant see all patients at the same time with limited staff, but when you have to wait 2 hours after you are told the next thing they are going to be doing on your family, and you ask why is this taking so long... with a reply " you have only been waiting 2 hours" its very disappointing and scary
