We were family of 6 (one with the wheelchair). Unwelcoming staff at the reception. Upon arrival we felt that the receptionist was serving another lady while we were waiting but she was just having a chit chat. When we enquired whether she is serving she said "I can't hear you until you come closer". There were balls size 10 and above, much heavier for juniors so even the 9 year old had to use the ramp. Music was loud. These were the major gripes.

There were ramps at the front and next to the bowling alleys, easier to take the wheelchair in and out. Disabled parking is 2-3 mins walk away which is great. Despite all the above we had lots of fun as a family. Probably will consider next time.
