They usually rent it out to business professionals, that's why I was there. I was taking a class on real estate. It's very nice inside. They had a cafe in the front downstairs they're coffee is from Starbucks though. I was there super early so I went outside and there's two restaurants two different bugets and around the corner from TD bank there's Target and like a college block of smaller resuraunts like Chipotle
