Nice place but poor customer service! I reserved a two beds executive room online and they gave a king bed room when I checked in. Later, when I asked the front desk person he explained it came with two choices which either a king bed room or a two beds room. Why didn't you explained to me when I was checking in and have two friends with me?! Also, the front desk person told me parking is included upon reservation, and later on, they charged me $22 for self parking overnight. The only explanation the manger told me was " Sorry for the trouble" and i am still charged..... Poor staff training!
