I don't even know where to start with this company...

I don't even know where to start with this company I am a former employee of theirs. Jerry Terrill is one of the owners and his son Trevor Terrill is working under him they are one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They treat there employees like there slaves they yell and disrespect you on the floor in front of everyone instead of pulling you to the side and having one on one coaching. You cant even go to the bathroom without feeling like you will be fired or yelled at. The owner will yell at the managers in front of everyone that is so unprofessional. I been in collections for over 10 years and I have never been at an agency like this one. They treat there customers so bad. I wouldn't trust them to with my information they have been shut down once before its just a matter of time before it happens again. they have a very high turn over rate, that should tell you something. There are so many fdcpa violations that is happening in this company. I couldn't afford to quit but I couldn't take it anymore its like your being abused by your employer
