Were served very nicely by a gentleman (unfortunately forgotten name) in the Gucci department for women. He was so nice he took care of everything. I only have one criticism of Gucci, I do not understand why the belts are not packed (or the bags), every second was scratched and then they are sold like this. That really doesn't work for the price.
