I have been renting here for two and a half years....

I have been renting here for two and a half years. The first year was not good; service was poor and I felt cheated (particularly with regard to air conditioning that was promised and not provided). But since last year, with a change in personnel, I have noticed gradual improvement. Repair personnel come promptly and are always polite and professional. The hired groundskeeping staff are to be commended (finally!). The reminders to pay that come by e-mail are irritating (since I always pay on time). And the landlord is not taking care of the house adequately. (The porch badly needs painting.) But the appliances are new, the other tenants are quiet, and I feel that Executive Properties is trying to do its best . . . at last.
