Customer service completely uninterested in losing...
Customer service completely uninterested in losing an order..pushed me to FedEx, then when it was obvious that something was wrong, they waited another 48 hours for a Trace..no offer to re-ship or take the burden off of me...they did refund the money but having to reorder from someone else made my time to get Tune Up parts over 4 weeks...unbelievable..I have ordered Thousands of $$$ from these people since they started and never had this happen...too bad...they lost me as a customer and I will never recommend them to anyone.
