Customer service is non existent. I paid extra for a large order of higher quality Moog parts, instead I was sent lower quality cheap part brands. I emailed multiple times with no response. I went to the return area on your website and there was no option for the issue I had. I called, only to be told that you don't provide customer service over the phone.
I will never order from you again.
I'm letting my bank get my money back since you will not cooperate.
