Rockauto will ship you the wrong part and then deny you a refund. They no longer offer customer support, and if you call their corporate headquarters a very rude "receptionist" will repeatedly hang up on you. They may have once been a trustworthy company, but now they are nothing more than scammers and criminals. Having left me with no other recourse, I will recover my money from my credit card company, and will make sure that RockAuto's terrible reputation is spread far and wide.

I have never encountered a company which cares less for customer satisfaction, or fixing their errors. They'll close your tickets without a response, and tell you that your only recourse is to keep sending emails. I wonder if they are familiar with the term "mail fraud" and the consequences of committing it.

They have deleted every attempt I have made to contact them through social media, they refuse to be accountable for their error, and show no intention of fixing it to prevent this issue from happening to anyone else. I am a professional mechanic who has been in the industry for many years, I would not recommend RockAuto to anyone for any reason.
