First,this hotel is a pale shadow of Hilton dreams. It' s neglected and has bad management.You have the right to many things for all inclusive program,but if you don't ask nobody will tell you.Beds are unconfortable and squeeky and matresses and pillows are like from middle age,stiff and hard. Food is not accomodated for european guests. On the sea food night there was only deep fried fish. And you get only 1 bottle of water for whole family per day.Internet is not free,it's cost a fortune. For 10 days you must pay about 30 and you can connect only one device. Pool are closed at 18h. Cables tv is good. Ower all you get feeling you didn't get what you pay for it. Hotel stuff is more than helpful if you ask for help. It's not the same Egypt after Arab sprig
