It was incredible how terrible our stay was and no one is getting back to me to discuss it. I have written numerous emails in which the response was someone will get back to me in 5 business days (that was over 2 weeks ago)! I cannot believe that a company of their size and especially being in the hospitality sector, their lack of compassion, lack of understanding, lack of support, lack of........can go on and on.
This was their email:
I am sorry your past stay at our Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square was not the Marriott experience you deserved. I am truly sorry for your experience while staying with us and hope that you will give us the chance to make it right.
I have forwarded your email regarding your personal experience to my colleagues with the hotel's Executive Team, as this is unacceptable. I ask that you please allow three to five business days for a response to this matter.
I appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. In the meantime, should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reply to this message.
Mr. Wheeler, again, I truly apologize that your stay experience was not was not the Marriott service standards you are use to.
