A very good place to work but I will like them to take more seriously the problems between co workers. I woman working at production has the habit of telling everybody including the supervisors about everything and putting her co workers in trouble. She refuses to work with some people and they let her get away with that. I think you have to be responsible and leave your problems with everybody aside for the well being of the company and the team. I think someone who can't put her problems aside and work as a team doesn't deserve to be working with people cause she is creating a bad image to the company. People like that has to be send home till they learn how to co interact with people.
