The experience at Diakonissestiftelsens Hospice was overall positive. The staff members were attentive and caring. The facilities were clean and comfortable. However, there were some areas for improvement. The communication between the staff and the family could have been more timely and transparent. Nonetheless, I appreciate the care my loved one received.
