Used them once and everything was ok. Yes, the flight was delayed by 2 hours (luckily I didn't have a strict timeline that day) but they immediately fed us when that happened, something that I have yet to see any airline do in the states. The online checkin didn't work for me either, as others mentioned, but the company I booked through emailed me a ticket with a barcode directly so I didn't have to spend time at the gate agent window. I guess if you have to use them, try booking through Kiwi. I has no issues.
