Very bad experience with EXPEDIA. It's a shame that I can't choose 0 stars.
My flight was canceled by the airline, but I bought the tickets at EXPEDIA and not on the airline's website. However EXPEDIA refuses the reimbursement and on their website and on the airline's website there is no choice to modify the flight, or to receive a credit instead, but only to cancel the flight and lose the amount of the reservation .
So I was deceived by the amount of the reservation without giving me the possibility of modifying the flight which I did not cancel.
Since I went through the agency EXPEDIA, I do not find it normal that this agency hides behind the decisions of the airlines by refusing to take responsibility.
I do not recommend at all.
