Hi Rohit - I am curious what the resolution here was, and why the adjoining duplex homeowners were not not included in this conversation? is it hard for your company to be proactive? It doesnt seem reasonable to me or the thousands of others who will read this that a company such as yourselves would take measures to correct only half of the problems on a duplex exterior. with that being said, our siding was repaired in the places that had previously blown off, but that does not mean that the job was done properly the first time as demonstrated by nails holding pieces down, or our ability to lift pieces from the side of our with ease, or the repair crew stating "the craftsmanship is poor but ill do my best."
There seems to be a ton of discrepancy in your customer service and I really hope that anyone considering buying a home built by your company will read and consider the full ownership process and stay well enough away from your products.

On numerous occasions, we have pointed out in person that there is a literal penis drawn on the main support of our home in the basement. This was identified by our realtor, our families (thanks for allowing us to explain that one), acknowledged by our Rohit customer service rep Kim Ulley, and has never been dealt with. But I suppose that that is our fault for not including it in our list of deficiencies on our 1 year walk through right? I didn't see a graffiti or vandilism heading, my bad. Id be more than happy to include a picture for you to see for yourselves.
Further, friends of our recently bought a Rohit home. The purchase incentive for referrals is $2000, which we were hoping to be included in. However, if person that does the referring is not written into the buying agreement, then no such luck. Our friends spoke directly to their representative saying that my wife and bought a home from you and that they would like to do the same based on our recommendation. I can certainly attest that based on our experience since and during our 1 year walkthrough, that would have changed drastically.
My wife and I dont feel as though we are asking for the world, we feel as though there is a blatant disregard for us as your customers and would strongly recommend that anyone looking into buying a rohit home exhaust all of your other options prior to buying. It simply is not worth buying a poorly built home that has granite countertops versus a home that was built well, has a real sutomers service department, and doesnt have the lipstick and rouge to coverup some fundamental issues like siding being installed correctly.

Why wouldn't you contact the owners in the other half of the duplex? Why is there a penis drawn on my support beam that my mother a neice pointed out once again on a recent visit? Why wouldn't your sales representative handling our friends purchase make it crystal clear the parameters around which referral kickbacks are given? Is this really how you conduct business?

Please dont patronize us as you have others on here - I do not wish to direct message you, as I think it is completely fair for the rest of the viewers here to see exactly how you plan on resolving this.

Based on other matters you've handled, I'm fully expecting you to pass the buck to the new home warranty program, or "the appropriate department to improve your practices." Here's to hoping you prove me and everyone else on here wrong.
