I've been shopping there for as long as I live in Seattle, which is almost 4 years.

The vast majority of my shopping experience is exciting and amazing, the service is great and I end up being so pleased with the results and the process, that I keep telling about that everyone. Like for example yesterday I was really helped by an amazing assistant in the shoes department and ended up buying a pair of trendy boots.

Once or twice over the years I had not so pleasant experience. But given the number of times I shop in the Nordstrom store 1, I'd say that 99,5% of time the service goes above and beyond my expectations.
